Career (/for-organizations/coaching) is for a coach working a caseload one to one, and the application those coaches sign into is Hey Vitae Coaching.
- [Career Transition Coverage](https://heyvitae.com/for-organizations/coverage): Career Transition Coverage, employer- and program-funded: an organization buys a of Hey Vitae access and hands it out as one single-use code per person, for employers after a reduction, training programs and bootcamps, universities, unions and member programs. Coverage runs a fixed window that starts when the person redeems, not when the block is bought. There is no sign-in for the buying organization and no individual-level reporting — only aggregate counts — which is structural rather than a setting. Typically $100-$200 per person, invoiced once, priced per person covered rather than per person who signs in. Distinct from /for-organizations/coaching, which is for a coach working a caseload one to one. Was /for-organizations, which is now the hub above it.
