- Public job postings only: the listings employers publish on their careers boards through Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Workday and Rippling, and the posting pages of jobs our users have saved. Titles, locations, descriptions and dates. It never signs in, never applies, and collects nothing about the people who visit your site.
- Why
- Job seekers use Hey Vitae to find open roles they fit and to know when a job they saved has closed. Every role we show links to your own posting, so applicants arrive on your board.
- How often
- Each board at most once a day. Requests are conditional, so a board that has not changed answers “not modified” and costs you almost nothing.
- How gently
- Requests to each host are spaced out, and to hosts shared by many employers no faster than one a second — the crawl delay Lever publishes. On employers' own career pages we honor robots.txt.
- To opt out, or to ask us anything
- Write to us through the contact page with your careers board address. We will stop reading it and keep it stopped, and a person will reply.
