I spent ten years at Workable, one of the largest applicant tracking systems that other companies use to hire, including as VP of Customer Success. I built teams across customer experience, implementation, and technical support, recruiting dozens of teammates along the way. Then I ran my own job search, using the very tools I had spent a decade inside.

So I know how the process and the systems work behind the scenes, and what a hiring manager is actually looking for when they open your application.

My passion is user experience. I set out to build a system that does what people in a search actually need, without turning the search into a second job.
