For organizations and employers

Fund the job search, for the whole group

Modern, cost-effective job-search support you can buy for everyone you are responsible for — not just the people at the top of the list.

  • A single-use code per person — easy to hand out, easy to start
  • Aggregate numbers only — no admin work for your team
  • Invoiced once — nothing to renew, nothing to cancel

What it costs

$100–$200
per person

Typical, based on our recommended packages. Volume discounts apply.

How long it lasts

4–12 months
of access

Their clock starts when they redeem, not when you buy.

What they get

Resumes, tracking
& interview prep

AI-powered, with customizable packages of practice sessions.

The part that usually gets skipped

Organizations are good at the moment of transition — the package, the ceremony, the certificate. What almost nobody funds is the work that starts the next morning: a resume rewritten for roles that have moved on, forty applications to keep straight, and a first interview after years of not having one, or in a new industry.

Traditional outplacement is priced in the thousands per head, so it reaches the few people you can justify it for. A career services office reaches everyone, but only as far as its appointment calendar goes. This is the same support at a price that covers the whole group.

Built for anyone responsible for a group

Employers after a reduction

Severance covers the money. This covers the six months of work that follow, for everyone affected rather than the senior few.

Training programs and bootcamps

You taught them the craft. Cover the placement half without staffing a career team for every cohort.

Universities, unions and member programs

A benefit you can hand to a whole membership at a per-person price you can budget in advance.

Coaching people one to one yourself? Hey Vitae for coaches provides a dedicated workspace.

Simple to hand out, simple to start

You buy a package

One invoice for the group. We issue a single-use code per person and hand them to you.

You hand out the codes

In a packet, an email or a graduation folder. Each person redeems on whatever email address they want to keep.

Their clock starts

Coverage begins when they redeem, not when you buy — so a late start still gets the full window.

Full access, for a fixed window

Everything they need to run the search, for as long as their coverage lasts.

Application tracking

Every role, stage and follow-up in one place instead of forty browser tabs.

Resume coaching

Advice, templates and suggestions against the real posting, with every version kept in a doc library.

Interview prep

Built from the job they are actually going for.

Practice interviews

Spoken, AI-run, with written feedback on how they answered. You choose how many each person gets.

Reporting in aggregate, by design

Individual activity is never visible to the funding organization — not as a permission withheld, but because there is no sign-in for you at all. That structure is what makes the program work: people who trust the confidentiality use it, and utilization is the figure you are reporting on.

What you get

  • Codes issued and codes redeemed
  • How many people are actively covered
  • Outcomes in aggregate, with small groups suppressed

What you never get

  • Whose applications went where
  • Any named individual’s activity
  • A dashboard or login of any kind

Pricing

A number you can put in a budget

Typically $100$200 per person, depending on how long the coverage runs and how many practice interviews you include. The rate falls as the group grows. One invoice, per person covered rather than per person who signs in.

Most packages run 4–8 months

Most packages include 10–30 each

People can add practice interviews of their own at any point, and continue on a personal subscription once their coverage ends.

Questions we get

What does it cost?

Typically $100–$200 per person, falling as the group grows. A block of 40 people with 6 months of coverage and 20 practice interviews each is around $5,410, invoiced once rather than billed as a subscription — so there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. A longer window or more practice interviews moves the number; the calculator on this page will show you roughly where.

We're not doing a layoff — does this still apply?

Yes, and it is most of who uses it. The thing being bought is coverage for a defined group, and it does not care why the group exists: a bootcamp cohort finishing in June, a university's graduating class, a union's members, a company reorganizing a department. The codes, the window and the reporting work the same way for all of them.

What happens when someone finds a job?

Nothing they have to do. Their access runs to the end of their window whether they land in week two or week twenty. We would rather they keep the interview prep for the next round than have to think about a countdown.

Do we get a dashboard?

No, and deliberately. You get a report of the aggregate numbers, not a sign-in. There is no account for the buying organization, which is what makes the privacy promise structural rather than a setting we could get wrong.

Can we buy for one group now and another later?

Yes. Each block is separate — its own codes, its own window, its own numbers — so a cohort in March and another in September do not have to share terms or a budget line.

What if somebody never redeems their code?

Codes are usable up to a date you choose, so a packet handed out today still works months later. Anything unredeemed simply goes unused; we can tell you how many, which is often the more useful number.

Is this outplacement?

It covers the part of outplacement people actually use — the search itself, the documents, and interview practice — without the per-head cost that usually restricts it to senior staff. What it is not is a human career coach. If that is what you want, we do that too, through coaching practices that work in the same product.
