Fund the job search, for the whole group
Modern, cost-effective job-search support you can buy for everyone you are responsible for — a cohort, a membership, or everyone affected by a reduction.
- A single-use code per person — easy to hand out, easy to start
- Aggregate numbers only — no admin work for your team
- Invoiced once — nothing to renew, nothing to cancel

What it costs
$100–$150
per person
Practice interviews included. The rate falls as the group grows.
How long it lasts
3–12 months
of access
Their clock starts when they redeem, not when you buy.
What they get
Resumes, tracking
& interview prep
AI-powered, with customizable packages of practice sessions.
The part that usually gets skipped
Organizations are good at the moment of transition — the package, the ceremony, the certificate. What almost nobody funds is the work that starts the next morning: a resume rewritten for roles that have moved on, forty applications to keep straight, and a first interview after years of not having one, or in a new industry.
Traditional outplacement is priced in the thousands per head, so it reaches the few people you can justify it for. A career services office reaches everyone, but only as far as its appointment calendar goes. This is the same support at a price that covers the whole group.
Built for anyone responsible for a group
Employers after a reduction
Severance covers the money. This covers the six months of work that follow, for everyone affected rather than the senior few.
Training programs and bootcamps
You taught them the craft. Cover the placement half without staffing a career team for every cohort.
Universities, unions and member programs
A benefit you can hand to a whole membership at a per-person price you can budget in advance.
Coaching people one to one yourself? The Coaching Workspace puts you inside your client’s own account, with their consent.
Simple to hand out, simple to start
You buy a package
Card or invoice, from the calculator on this page. We issue a single-use code per person and put them behind your sign-in.
You hand out the codes
In a packet, an email or a graduation folder. Each person redeems on whatever email address they want to keep.
Their clock starts
Coverage begins when they redeem, not when you buy — so a late start still gets the full window.
The full system, for as long as you choose
Everyone you cover gets everything in the Pro plan, 25 interview prep kits a month, and the practice interviews you bought for them.
Application tracking
Every role, stage and follow-up in one place instead of forty browser tabs.
Resume coaching
Advice, templates and suggestions against the real posting, with every version kept in a doc library.
Interview prep
Built from the job they are actually going for.
Practice interviews
Spoken, AI-run, with written feedback on how they answered. You choose how many each person gets.
Reporting in aggregate, by design
We never report anyone’s activity or outcome to you — not their applications, not their documents, not their practice interviews, not where they are in a search. You see the program; nobody sees the search. That line is what makes the program work: people who trust the confidentiality use it, and utilization is the figure you are reporting on.
What you get
- Codes issued and codes redeemed
- How many people are actively covered
- Outcomes in aggregate — self-reported, with small groups suppressed
What stays private
- Whose applications went where
- Any named individual’s activity
- A way in to anyone’s workspace, at any permission level
Download a sample report (CSV) — the real file, with invented numbers.
Pricing
A number you can put in a budget
One invoice with simple per-person pricing, depending on how long the coverage runs and how many practice interviews you include. Coverage starts for each person when they redeem their code.
Typical range for packages
People can add practice interviews of their own at any point, and continue on a personal subscription once their coverage ends.

The nuts and boltsHow coverage blocks work
- You buy per person covered, not per person who activates. It is a number you can budget before anyone opens an envelope.
- Each person's window starts when they redeem their code, not when you buy. Someone who redeems in November gets the same months as someone who redeemed in March.
- Four months is the shortest window we sell. A search rarely ends inside a quarter, so a three-month window is the one most likely to run out on somebody mid-search.
- A block is prepaid and paid once — card up to $3,500, an invoice at any size, net 30. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.
- Nothing is refunded for codes nobody redeems. That is what buying per person covered means, and it is why the code expiry date is yours to choose.
- Bringing your own coaching practice in does not change the rate. The workspace they work in costs nothing; we set that part up with you.
The full purchase terms say the same things in the form your legal team will want, and the security page answers where it runs, who processes what, and why you never send us a roster.
Questions we get
What does it cost?
Typically $100–$150 per person, falling as the group grows. A block of 20 people with 6 months of coverage and 30 practice interviews each is around $2,160, invoiced once rather than billed as a subscription — so there is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel. A longer window or more practice interviews moves the number; the calculator on this page prices any combination exactly, and you can buy it there — card up to $3,500, an invoice at any size.
We're not doing a layoff — does this still apply?
Yes. The thing being bought is coverage for a defined group, and it does not care why the group exists: a bootcamp cohort finishing in June, a university's graduating class, a union's members, a company reorganizing a department. The codes, the window and the reporting work the same way for all of them.
What happens when someone finds a job?
Nothing they have to do. Their access runs to the end of their window whether they land in week two or week twenty. We would rather they keep the interview prep for the next round than have to think about a countdown.
Do we get a dashboard?
Yes — aggregate numbers, codes and downloads, behind a login; never anyone's activity. The people you name as contacts on the block sign in and see the counts, which of your codes have been redeemed, and both as CSV downloads. What is not there, at any level of permission, is one person's activity or outcome.
Can we buy for one group now and another later?
Yes. Each block is separate — its own codes, its own window, its own numbers — so a cohort in March and another in September do not have to share terms or a budget line.
What if somebody never redeems their code?
Codes are usable up to a date you choose, so a packet handed out today still works months later. Anything unredeemed simply goes unused; we can tell you how many, which is often the more useful number.
Is this outplacement?
It covers the part of outplacement people actually use — the search itself, the documents, and interview practice — without the per-head cost that usually restricts it to senior staff. What it is not is a human career coach. If that is what you want, we do that too, through coaching practices that work in the same product.
Cover the whole group, not a slice of it.
Tell us who you are covering, how many, and when they need it — and we will come back with an exact number, usually within a business day.
Reviewing us first? The security page and the purchase terms are both public, so nothing has to wait on us to write it down.
